Dome + Cage Rentals + Birthday Parties

Our rental spaces offer convenience and comfort with on-site parking and indoor bathrooms.
During the summer months, all dome and cage areas rely on natural ventilation to maintain airflow, as there is no air conditioning. Doors can be opened to help keep the space as comfortable as possible. During the winter months, all areas are equipped with radiant heat and a ceiling commercial heating unit to maintain a comfortable temperature. Athletes and spectators should always take the outdoor weather into account when dressing, as it will influence the overall indoor temperature.The KST Dome features 12,000 square feet of usable space. Our total artificial turf space measures 130 ft x 70 ft. Each of our batting cages measure 15 ft x 70 ft.
Birthday Party rentals include the use of 4, 6-foot long tables, 4-4 foot long tables, 2-8 foot long tables and 25 folding chairs. Hosts are welcome to bring additional tables and chairs if desired, as well as their own party decor and outside food. Sports equipment is included but welcome bring your own. All birthday parties at the KST Dome have a two hour party time minimum. Ask us about our partnership with Cottage Inn Pizza in Davison for a party day discount! Want to book a bounce house? Our outdoor covered pavilion spans 60ft x 40ft, offering a spacious 2,500 square feet of versatile space. This inviting area is perfect for events, gatherings, and celebrations, providing shelter while allowing you to enjoy the fresh air. With its generous dimensions, the pavilion can comfortably accommodate a variety of setups, making it an ideal choice for both casual and formal occasions.The outdoor ball field is suited for softball teams and little league but can be used for practices and scrimmages for all teams and events.
